Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
Bundles are not refundable as they consist multiple courses, we would offer a transfer of course for Teacher Training to another cohort, but all purchases are final. Please be aware that we only currently have ONE In person dates planned for 2025 for MAT Teacher Training Course.
How long to I have access to the content?
You will receive 1 year access from the day you buy to help you in your first year of teaching, compared to 6 month access when purchasing just the Reformer Teacher Training Course.
You will receive a hard copy of the manual for both courses as part of the course fee.
Do I need to finish all my online content for Reformer or Mat before heading into practical dates?
No, you can hop into the practical course before finishing the online component. You will only need to then arrange a later time with The SO Academy to take your completion exam once you finish your online and self directed hours.
You will need to ensure that your payments have all completed before finishing your course.
